About Server Complete
Server Complete, LLC was founded in early 2008 in an effort to revolutionize customer service and customer interactions in the hosting industry. With customer service often becoming a lesser priority among some hosts, something had to be done. Server Complete was built on the belief that communication and personalization is the key to great service. Over the past several months, Server Complete has grown into what it is today, a well known and respectable name in the industry.

By specializing in Virtualization we hope to further educate individuals about the advantages of a virtual system and the virtual revolution.
Our Support
With a true 24/7/365 inhouse support team, your requests will always be answered in a timely manner. Our standard semi-managed support policy covers most incidents that may occur. At 2:00AM when suddenly your Apache webserver stops serving pages, we will gladly assist to get everything running smoothly. Our semi-managed support policy is valid for all purchases that include cPanel or DirectAdmin control panel options.
Managed Services
Select services include free semi-managed services. Semi-managed basically means that we will gladly support anything that is packaged with the VPS when it is delivered. We will not support custom configurations or third party software/scripts. Our support will cover the control panel and the default configurations of any services that come packaged with the control panel. For instance, if for some reason your Apache stops serving content and your nameserver is not resolving your DNS entries, we will gladly repair this for you. All support is by request only, meaning we do not proactively monitor servers, you must submit a ticket with your request and we will investigate the problem.
This semi-managed support policy is only valid if you purchase your VPS or dedicated server with cPanel or DirectAdmin and CentOS or Fedora. All other services are strictly unmanaged and we will only support hardware and network connectivity.
Our Staff
When a new staff member is brought onto the Server Complete team, they must undergo extensive training. We only hire individuals that have talent and previous experience in the industry. By being very selective in our hiring process, we can guarantee the quality of our services stay at a level everyone has grown to love and adore.
Our Promise
Our promise to you as a customer is to provide the best possible level of service with enterprise, server grade, hardware at an affordable price. We will only purchase hardware from well established and financially backed providers that regulate their own network.
A Real Company
Unlike many of the new comers to the hosting industry, we have been around for nearly two years and are fully registered with the State of Florida as a Limited Liability Company. You may ask yourself why this matters to you, well the answer is simple: We are not some "fly by night" operation which will disappear, we are a financially stable and registered business which is required to report our income to the federal government and pay taxes accordingly.
